A Hyena, this one isn't laughing tho :/

I know I haven't found a new pet for a while but this one is quite easy to get to since its in a level 1-15 area, a Charr area called Plains of Ashford.

This one is near the Guardpoint Decimus Waypoint to the South-West of the Plains of Ashford. Now this Waypoint becomes 'contested' between the ghosts and Charr so you might not be able to travel to it at the time but if you go from Vir's Gate Waypoint and go directly south through Victor's Presidum you'll find it. There are three Juvenile Hyenas in the area, 2 on the South side of the path running East from the Guardpoint Decimus Waypoint. Really easy to spot :)

Update - 1st June 2017; This is NOT the same, there appears to be no Juvenile Hyenas here anymore :'(
