Do Black Bears climb trees?

Right, this one is near a few other Wild Black Bears but its really easy to get to so long as you can take on level 8s an that :)

East of Victor's Presidium and West of Ashford Forum in the Plains of Ashford is a Heart: Help the Iron Legion. At this Heart is a 4 way junction, like a cross and from the middle of the cross there's a shrub and a rock between two large trees to the East. Next to the shrub and rock is the Juvenile Black Bear. From that point you'll be able to see 2 other Juvenile Bears a little down hill.
