Lashtail Devourer, Black Citadel

Wow, this has been a long time coming! But with the recent updates to GW2 I thought I'd finally get round to finishing this collection :) So here is the Lashtail Devourer

This one is very easy as it is in the Black Citadel and home of the Charr. In the South-West is a place called Ruins of Rin. Now this place is full of Lashtails but none of them Juvenile except 3. If you go to the furthest south-west corner of these ruins, you'll find 3 Juvenile Lashtail Devourers.
