This pet is in the Harathi Hinterlands, North-East of Queendale. In the South-West is the entrance to Harathi Hinterlands from Gendarren Fields where there is a waypoint called Faun's Waypoint.
From the waypoint, go East where the path leads into a cave guarded by cave bats. You can run past these pretty easily. At a cross roads in the cave, you'll see a waterfall and on the path next to it, is the Juvenile Cave Spider :D
It is pretty easy to get to, as even low level players could avoid the bat at the entrance to the cave :)
