And since i'm so tired i'm going to make this quick and easy
In the South-East of Gendarren Fields is Almuten Estates. If you go even further South, you'll find Overlook Caverns. On the ledge West of the Vista, between 2 Rams is a stand alone tree. You'll find the Juvenile Eagle resting underneath if it's not flying around somewhere.
There is a second eagle, which is just a little south of the above position. And there's a third but its in the same general area.
