Heya, I've now decided that to be able to get all the pets I'll need to work through it methodically. So I'm going to the starting points of all the races and starting from there.
So in the Human starting area (Divinity's Reach), to the East is a Waypoint called Rurikton, along with its own area. In the South-West of this area is an interest point called Minister Wi's Mansion. If you face the main entrance to Wi'd Mansion and look to your right you'll see a path toward an archway and through that arch is a lovely garden, with a winged women fountain. In this garden, in plain sight are three Juvenile Krytan Drakehounds.
